This is a detailed, 44 million year old fossil leafhopper (family Cicadellidae) with unusual genitalia preserved in Baltic amber. The length of the insect is about 2.8mm in a 13 x 6 x 2.5mm piece of amber.
As a reminder, most inclusions in Baltic amber are extremely small so magnification will be needed to make out much detail. A physical photo of the specimen is included with your order and we will also email you a high resolution digital copy.
